Two live classes per week

Tuesdays & Thursday at 6:30am MST. Every session is recorded so you never fall behind. You’ll have access to all recordings.

Hi there! Jamie here.

I'm a bit of a wellness mashup — physical therapist assistant, massage therapist, nutrition coach, personal trainer, doula, and unapologetic health junkie. (Yes, all of it. I contain multitudes.) I've been doing what I love in the wellness world since 1998, and I'm one of those rare people who genuinely loves going to work every single day.

Here's the biggest thing 25+ years has taught me: our bodies don't stay the same, so our routines shouldn't either. The food and workouts that powered us through our 20s tend to wave the white flag in our 40s, 50s, and beyond. Aging well isn't about pushing harder with the same old playbook — it's about listening, adjusting, and building a plan that actually fits your real life and schedule.

And it starts with four little words: asking for help. That's not weakness — it's smart, resourceful, and brave enough to admit nobody's meant to do it all alone. So that's where I come in. As your coach, I'll work right alongside you to help you feel better, age stronger, and reach your goals — whatever they may be. Let's do this together.
